Kindergarten Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a warm and creative Kindergarten Teacher to foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of our young learners. You will design engaging, age-appropriate lessons, nurture foundational skills in a safe environment, and build strong partnerships with parents.
Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive lesson plans utilizing varied instructional methods, including storytelling, art, music, and structured play.
Skill Development: Teach foundational reading, writing, and math while emphasizing positive social interactions, sharing, and good manners.
Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative assessments and report cards.
Family Communication: Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, conferences, and meetings.Classroom Management: Create an inviting, stimulating, and safe physical classroom that encourages learning and exploration.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience working in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
Skills: Excellent classroom management, high patience, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and adults.
